Learn about how to learn, spaced repition, active recall. Implement them in your life and you're on your way. If you mean it as technical skills theres nothing you can do but practice 24/7.

You could read up on it and see whether you find similarities, there are also online tests that can give you a general overview. However don't take it for granted. I see why you want to be a polymath, it's a great trait to have but very difficult since it's require a lot of motivation and you have to be somewhat gifted if you want to dwell deep
