My sleep schedule is going to shit, I'm waking up at 3pm
I'm disappointing my parents and not being too well in classes
When I do well it's because I cheated.
I'm on spring break and I still have a week left
I'm getting uglier and fatter
I lie to myself and others that I'm ok, my whole life is a lie. I reflexively lie for the tiniest of reasons.

My parents keep telling me to "wake up" and that I'm throwing my life away, what do I do? How do I get my shit together?

The first habit I can think of is always sleeping by 11pm and waking by 8am. What would you recommend next?

I made the mistake of thinking 1 days effort could fix my life and it never has... Try and focus on one thing and do it everyday of the week.

Life is a marathon a sum of averages. Having really productive days won't do shit. I hate using lifting as a metaphor but it applies to life so much no one gets ripped from a really good work out but rather consistent exercise over time 90% of life is being consistent/showing up most people fail on this alone

True, I shouldn't expect to quickly undo something that took a while to ruin. I can only think of waking/sleeping early and eating healthier. Any one recommendation? What's the mindset I should have?

Become a monk and follow Buddhism. After I ascend, this is my plan.

Just look at the serenity and calmness on his face. Completely unfazed and disciplined even during imminent death.

Detox from electronics if your issue is like mine was with being a coomer/dopamine junky. Otherwise do difficult tasks daily and fix your health

Thanks, I'm a massive dopamine junky I coom at least once a day sometimes up to 3 time and the porn is getting more degenerate. I also play a lot of videogames.

How big of an improvement was no longer being a coomer? I feel like that may be the root of many of my problems like sleep.

Working out, it has a huge psychological impact, start working from home, 10-15 mins a day with something simple and just add more when you feel like it.

How do I work out at home if I can't do a single push-up ATM? I go to college so I the gym available to me

Buy a Ksafe, will power is limited, if you simply do not have the option to play videogames/phone, you wont do it (at least it works wonders for me) i just have my phone on saturdays.

What will happen afterward is probably something similar to drug abstinence, so also obv do things like meditation, exercise and cold showers to knock off these urges.

Exercice helps me to sleep early because otherwise I have insomnia (exercice makes me tired)

so Exercice first then it can give you a better sleep

Diet is important too, don't neglect that

don't eat too much too late in the night otherwise it will disturb your sleep quality

Set an alarm to wake up at the same time every day and have a dedicated area for studying like the library, go there every day for at least 1 hour. Form these 2 habits and you’ll be ahead of a majority of your classmates.

Plenty of simple exercises without equipment exist, that's how i started.
If you feel like going to the gym won't be a mental struggle try it, but you seem deep on shit so I'd bet you won't last long like that.

Everyday I jerk off I notice I am way less motivated at most do it once a week but even then its disgusting and never without exception watch porn.

Sleep is also a big deal too

For the sleep stuff I recommend staying up all night the night before you have school. Go to school and it will be horrible sometime in the afternoon you'll want to lie down anywhere.

Go home, eat dinner, watch TV do normal evening activities, go to bed at 7pm.

You'll wake up at 6AM really well-rested and will be sleepy that night.

Replies above are 100% correct. Discipline does not come out of 1 days worth of effort, discipline is a lifestyle.
  1. Make sure you sleep between 9-11 PM and wake up between 6-8 AM first (exceptions are okay if you need to stay up due to work/family reasons but you must make it a habit)
  2. Get at least 20 minutes of outdoors time everyday
  3. DRINK WATER - very underrated in my opinion but crucial to your health and skin
  4. NEVER CHEAT on yourself, because cheating once makes you tempted to cheat again.
  5. As for academics, I'm gonna assume that you aren't the brightest (neither was I in school) but try to organize your time the best. In college, you should never spend more than 5 hours a day dedicated to school-related work, and those 6 hours should be broken up into a 5 minute break every 40 minutes.
  6. As for the uglier and fatter part, if you don't have a job and don't know how to cook, I recommend learning how to cook ASAP as it is crucial to survive in life. If you don't have a job, I don't know how you're going to get a gym membership but your parents will probably be impressed by your previous improvements that they will agree to it. (get a job though)
  7. Go through skincare, eat healthier and get lean, and your face will look much better. Better face = more confidence.
  8. And as before, never lie or tell yourself any lie to make yourself more comfortable. You shouldn't be comfortable when you're not the best version of yourself.
(you don't have to follow this like some sort of bucket list, do what you wanna do but these are the baselines)
Do these in order, and do not get a girlfriend before you complete step 7 unless you are sure that she's a teammate and will cheer you on every step of the way.

Improvements ensue.:chad:

Edit from my original post: if you really want to go the extra mile and truly ascend, unplug electronics and stop jacking off, but that won't be a big issue because girls can SMELL your discipline and that makes them wet so you'll be swimming in an ocean of pussy

not being a dopamine junky is massive increase to willpower prob why you can't lose weight despite telling your self you'll do it for years

Maybe it's due to low muscle

Getting external accountability works for most people. Look into doing focusmate sessions for your tasks.

nice mirin, what field of IT u in?
IT is moreso for troubleshooting and solving computer issues right? My job wasn't like that, we were assigned a software-based project and a team and had to deliver the product by the end of the internship.

Your core is undeveloped and can’t support your bodyweight. You need to do planks/assisted sit ups for a bit and go on a diet. Jump rope and circuits works too. Also do easier pushup variations and strength training
