How do I become more NT

im 16M HFA, pretty bad social anxiety. im currently on beta blockers to ease the social anxiety, but its not helping much.
im going to college in 6 months and even though i fraud being NT, im not. i dont think like a normal person.
what can i do/take to make me less of a weirdo
