How do i build more functional strength

I know its mainly genetics but how can i improve it naturally with no tren i dont wanna be weak since i will probably be picked on because im a incel i need to survive my giga NT school

Eat a lot of proteins and then after bulking up transform all those nutrients into muscle with strength training

Ive done that
Im currently 82 KG, i gained 20kgs muscles mass in 1.5 years
Does that mean im strong or is that just muscles for “aesthetic”
Is bench press or deadlift a way to test my functional strength

what do u want to improve? overall strength or just strength in exercises like sbd?

jfl if u want overall strength just go to the gym and bulk, its not that complicated
