How do i bulk up without my face looking like shit now?

I’m 6’1 and 150 pounds. I lost a lot of weight, but I’m not happy with how I look now—I feel too skinny. I’m around 15% body fat, and I don’t want to be this thin. My face looks more lean, but I wish it was even leaner. I used to weigh around 260 pounds, and now I just feel stuck. Any advice?

lol im same height and weight and my Mother started crying cuz she said im so skinny

and they are calling me a skeleton i think they are exaggerating tho...

yeah tbh same i don’t look that skinny especially my face my legs definitely and hands kinda but everything else is like meh

i will just keep eating a lot of meat and fruits and go to the gym and try to gain muscle mass

if i cut down to 140 i’ll have the face i always wanted and abs but everyone’s already been saying i could be anorexic and shit so i’d rather bulk up and build muscle just don’t know how

yeah dont bulk just eat a lot of proteins and work out ur body should change

i would also like to lean down even more but my family would actually put me in a hospial

damn bro how long did it take u to lose 120lbs and how did u do it
 
it took me like 4 months a lot of cardio like an hour of intense cardio everyday and 1500 calories everyday it was really easy tbh
wtf g -120lbs in 4 months eating 1500 calories is impossible, in the last 3 months im down ~44lbs eating like 1000 calories give or take and long ass fasts

and weight lifting hard i was able to do it for other reasons too i sometimes ate 800 calories if i didn’t think i needed much food

You can’t fully avoid it some face bloating is inevitable when you bulk. But you can control it.
 
u can still gain muscle without bulking btw u can eat maintenance or js a slight deficit js focus on macro
 
Yeah, 100%. If your goal is to actually build muscle, you need to bulk just do it smart. You can always cut later to clean up the face and tighten up. Trying to stay shredded year-round usually means you end up spinning your wheels and making zero real gains. Accept some face softness for a while; it’s part of the process.

if ur doing it natural its gonna take a while also are u really trying or js doing fuck all ?
i train till failure i make progress every month or 3 weeks while if i tried bulking it would be more like every week

if u wanna get bigger and stronger then go on a bulk but u say u dont want ur face to look shit if u could squeeze in cardio to burn some of the fat u put on that'd be better ig

i mean i don’t wanna looks skinny with a good face card building more muscle will help with this
 
then js go on a surplus and do cardio so u dont become a puffer fish
idk i’m thinking if i should or shouldn’t my face looks puffy at times anyway i feel like i’d like to get more lean that’s why i wanna build more
 
300-500kcal surplus till you get into 14-16% bodyfat zone, from there 100-200kcal surplus.
Basically you will gain fat to a healthy level where your hormones and sleep and training will be good, and from there you will maintain that bodyfat level and only add muscle mass.
You can do a 100-200kcal surplus for up to a year, after a year your progress will probably slow down to a point where even a 100-200kcal surplus gets you fatter.
After that year you can stay at around maintenance. Or continue bulking if you want to, but it's not necessary.

idk if i can get 14 percent by bulking since it’s a surplus which has been my problem

then just do 100-200kcal surplus for a year straight away, you won't get fatter if you train hard.
that’s the plan i might end up eating more than i expect though idk if i gain to much weight by being stupid i’ll just cut slowly this time to not lose muscle
