How do I burn as much fat as possible

going to wake up tommorow , go to the lake, walk for 2 hours , study nap and gym repeat

Is this too much? I’m only going to eat 1500 calories

Will my muscle be raped even if I lift?
 
I eat 2000cal and 200g a protein a day and 10% body fat year round only exercise I do is walking listening to Spotify

Do you look/feel weak? I don’t care about hypertrophy. Just strength and leanness
 
I think the two hours of cardio is overkill if you're only eating 1500 calories, you should minimize it to about 45-55 minutes to maintain sanity. I do about 50 minutes of low intensity high incline walking before I lift, and I eat about 1400-1800 calories while cutting.
 
I did ur routine but i also added clenbuterol to the mix
the fat burn was crazy
