How do I change my lower third to this morph ?

My lower third currently

MORPHED lower third.

Main differences I see beside better skin texture, is sealing of the lips is improved, size of lips is improved,
And most importantly a chunck of soft tissue that’s seating on the chin is removed, giving a more squared look to my chin.

TLDR:; So how do I ascend to that morph ? Will TRIMAX fix this ? How about the lips ?
