How do i clear my skin?

I have like fucking bad acne im thinking bout ropemaxxing. I eat pretty clean and i still break out quite bad. I have done other medications and im thinking bout taking accutane but my facial bone growth is cooked anyway so i dont want to ram my t-levels. What should i do. For clearance my acne has got better but i got fucking bad scars and breakout once a week

if you’re in puberty, only fix is isotretinoin
