I wanna get a consultation with a blackpilled italian maxfac. So far ive been thinking of going to Ramieri which seems to have decent results and i think would do a good bimax on me seeing as hes usually conservative and im barely recessed, just downgrown. I would like to talk to Pagnoni aswell seeing as many praise his skills and approach but hes like a ghost. I literally dont know how to contact him. So if anyone who got surgery with him is still on this forum or knows how to contact him please help me out.
