Was at the bar, and one North Indian manlet with ugly pale aneimic skin and a rolex was acting tough. I could tell he has never seen sun in his life just so he could appear upper caste but his dalit abo physiognomy was a dead give away. Nigger came to me and touched my belly and said enna mama konjam beer a kammi pannu (avoid beer buddy as you have fat) and I just upper cutted him hard. Nigga even moaned as he fell. Two nepali looking mofos came and dragged me out. When I see in retrospect I cant even think of any conscious control I had during the time he called me that and during the time I hit him. Is it even possible ? and if so which drug? I wasnt even drinking beer but vodka. My friends were all in the cigar lounge (I was down finishing my drink) so they were confused where I was jfl

Just stop identifying as an angry guy, i used to be like that too just roaming around angry all the time and telling people im angry and i have anger issues. Its pretty feminine to not be able to control your emotions tbh. Now if someone insults me like that ill just either say ok or ignore them, never entertain it. Especially because half the time they are looking for conflict anyway and if you are dismisive they are just sat there looking like a dumbass. Or just say some shit like yeah your right I want to be more like you which will cause them to reflect on their own inadequacies.

Im also mma maxed and ive noticed that previously if someone were to disrespect or offend me id be more likely to quickly lash out like you as a natural defence mechanism. You also see this in nature where smaller and weaker animals sometimes act aggresive and attack other animals that they percieve to be threats. The more confident and secure you are in yourself the more calm youll be able to act in a situation. If I sense that someone wants conflict ill let them say what they want do what they want but as soon as i can sense that they are ready to throw hands best belive im knocking them out then and there.

Its even more irritating when my brain identifies them as prey and I automatically go into hunter mode who just wants to completely emasculate my opponent, and i have to say the rush after you show them what;s what is insane

i have anger issues as well , though it's been like that since i was a kid . the issue is that the only person that triggered me as a child was my older brother so i always beat him and as a result i get beat up by my dad , if my parents didn't break out the fight i'd have killed my older brother, one time when i was 14 i left the house after i knocked out my brother because i was afraid to keep punching him when he was down and end him , i'm legit afraid of getting giga angry now because i might kill somebody and i dont want to ruin my life for being so foolish

If you think the anger is justified then theres no issue, but if it is not, then it might be because you are biochemically damaged and stressed. Eat natural foods and exclude vegetables and ESPECIALLY coffee. I got like 75% more NT and calm after i quit coffee for 2 weeks
