How do i convince my dentist to give me MSE

I don’t particularly have a narrow pallet, it is just not as wide as ideal, how should I convince?

explain to him that you would prefer having a fuller smile (when you smile all teeth should be partially visible) and why you are concerned, or ask other orthodontist's opinion. a palate too wide is also not good, as you've said its better an ideal one
