How do I convince my doctor to prescribe me finasteride?

Besides my NW2 temples, how should I go about trying to get finasteride prescribed? I’m scared they won’t prescribe me it since Im 18. What should I say inorder to convince them?

I’ve coped with minox and derma for like a year now. I just added tret + minox + derma and I have a lot of baby hairs on my temples still so I think its saving my hairs right now from completely dying out but my hairloss is too aggressive.
