How do i convince my mom I need MARPE

My mom is so against my looksmaxing and won't allow me any of what I want. I feel like she just wants me to look like a subhuman. How do I tell her i really need marpe?

Tried measuring at home but I'm doing it wrong cuz one time i git 40mm and another time 45mm and the other 38mm so I don't trust myself
