Can someone tell me how to cope. I cant take being an incel no more.
I havnt left the house in months. I have too much anxiety. I have nothing

Any advice? Is the rope the only thing i have left?

jfl sweden is one of the few countries in the eu that hasn't enacted a lockdown. op could literally go outside and do something productive

mastering discipline in one area carries over to other areas. i suggest borrowing 50-100 euros from your parents and joining a gym. focus on lifting and nothing else. u will notice everything will start changing from ur body chemistry to ur physical appearance. as ur body adapts and get stronger so will ur mind - now ur more confident and motivated to do things

Find a job? If you're not doing anything, at least it won't be a 100% waste of the time, it'd be put into some kind of use, but tbh it sucks too, depending on job. Try to find something not for money, but 4fun?

I gymcel but do so at home. Its all i think about except suicide. Its a 50/50% really

We are not really under lockdown, although they changed the night life rules recently.
Im a complete shut in and dont have any friends or social life what so ever. I dont know how i would go about making friends or getting a social life

If that is the case it is highly treatable

I was a cripple who could not get out of his room to even go buy food

2 years later after CBT I am finally going to parties (for over half year now)

Speak with a psychotherapist who is experienced in SAD and uses CBT to treat it. Once you get diagnosed insurance will cover all costs so don't worry about it

Actually something I deal pretty much on a daily basis. Maybe I just don't care anymore? I just laugh at them or tell them to fuck off, depending on the way they try to bully or insult me/be demeaning. I doubt op even has it half as bad though.

You have a choice.

If you have social anxiety, then you percieve humans as threat. That you can't change, it's subconscious.

However you can choose how you react to that threat. You can run away or attack. You can react with fear or with anger. Choose the latter. It's really that simple. There will be actually a hormonal change in your brain. If you choose to run (fear) you will get a shot of adrenaline and noradrenaline. If you choose to fight, you will get adrenaline and endorphins.

Go somewhere, like to a shop or whatever. If people are friendly, everything is OK. If they're not, react with anger, not fear. It's that simple.

Neither me or op has anything to lose though. As I said, people bully me/ridicule me nearly on a daily basis. So what do now? Do I rope and never leave my house? Or go to work as I do and live my life as I do?

As someone who had to deal with therapists and suicidal thoughts, I will say again: psychotherapy is bullshit.

The whole "training" therapists receive is something akin to a telemarketer. They have a script with general rules: "if the patient says this, say that".

They are not honest. They don't tell the truth. They don't care. They don't want to help you. They don't listen. They don't know how to stop your suicidal thoughts, much less psychology in general answers that question at all.

Everything therapists say can be found on the first page of results of google. This was never about helping in the first place.

I treated my SAD alone with a CBT program made by a psychotherapist

Before that I saw 6 of them and they were all crap. After SAD when I went to a new psychotherapist for other issues, she was amazing. But it took 7 tries indeed

The problem is, it s very easy to get a degree in psychotherapy, but it is a science where you need to have a natural talent for it. Otherwise, they indeed follow scripts as you say

That's why I told him to find a psychotherapist EXPERIENCED IN SAD like the guy who designed my cbt program is, a program that saved my life, I was half year max. from roping

I had an actual suicide attempt. In the beginning I was wondering why they don't want to talk about it, now I know that avoiding that topic is their general policy. They don't have anything to say anyway.

After 18 attempts (many were only 1 session) I finally know it's bullshit. Therapy is kinda like a prayer. It only works when you believe, and I don't.

For SAD: react with anger instead of fear. That's the choice you have. Plus, you get some badboy points.

For depression: meds. They're not perfect, but they keep me alive.

Idk if SAD can be simplified to one reaction, that definitely didn't work for me

Antidepressants can be very good, I d stay away from SSRIs and go for Mirtazapine or Bupropion, no sexual side effects

SSRIs are cope. I'm talking about dopamine agonists like cabergoline and l-dopa, naltrexone and testosterone. They keep you alive AND give you massive uncontrollable erections.

I don't think there's a root, more like a combo of all factors

For me, generally being anxious, years of mockery for my looks, high pressure environment (I grew up around thugs and gangsters), lack of attention from girls, being very short, and traumatic events certainly contributed

No bro as I said I did all alone

It took 2years of very agressive therapy, tremendous effort, blood and tears, and ofc a lot of courage and faith because I was alone in it

If I had a psychotherapist it would be half the effort and half the time

But even alone it is certainly doable
