How do i cope staying another month at home

So i got fillers (which i won in a contest from an high end place in Rome) in september and it looked like shit so now i dissolved some part, but the worst part its still there so it still looks like shit. I never went out with my friends or anything since september, and now my doctor told me i need to wait another month for the last injection to dissolve it fully. How do i cope staying another month at home without killing my self

yeah it was a full jaw treatment too and its a clinic of one of the most famous surgeons in italy (and also here on org) so not a scam
