How do I cope with accutane growth stunt

I took it when I was 16 yrs old (10 mg daily for 10 months). I will forever hate the doctor who prescribed this shit to me, a growing teenager !

Haven’t grown a single cm since then!

At age 18 I went to an orthopedist and he checked my hips (risser sign) and told me I wouldn’t grow taller anymore. This was the moment where my world COLLAPSED. At age 19 I got bad acne again and had to take this Jewish medicine again, but at a much higher dose because I was done growing (risser sign stage 5)

Everyday is a struggle for me, where I live the average height is 1,84m , every guy I know is towering his dad, none of them took fkn accutane.

- Never liked sleeping a lot generally 7 hours on school nights even as a young kid like 11
- Overweight = extra estrogen
- Stress at school
- Shit diet although i ate good food i ate so much junk food everyday
- Video games and not much sport in my life
- Smoked since 14 regularly since 16
- done other drugs too lol
- drunk since 15 from time to time
- semi absent father figure (this is proven to stunt growth)
- always sleeping late and sedentary
- smoked cigs

A PSL 5 face at 5’6 wont do very well,maybe some slays here and there, a PSL 5 face at 6’2 will do pretty well provided he is NT

Generally I have read that premature growth plate closure occurs in high doses for several years but I have also read a medical report about a 16 yr old boy who took accutane at a dose of 0.5mg/kg per day (My dose was 0.16mg/kg) who developed leg pain and premature growth plate closure was diagnosed. Furthermore there are studies showing that it reduces growth hormones and androgens etc., so, not really you want as a 16 yr old teenager
