How do i cope with having a family history of schizophrenia?

How do i cope with having a schizophrenic aunt in my family which means i have a 2-3% chance of developing it instead of 1%?
All people say to stay away from drugs in that situation but im ND and i need them for low inhib
I have already done a fair share of drugs throughout life starting at 15, im 20 now and im fine, am i in the clear?
