how do i count calories properly?

i've been trying to "bulk" for the past 2 months and havent gained any weight, going around 51-52kg at 178cm
im skinny af, i tried using cal ai and this bs but it hasnt been working...
also tried myfitnesspal its just too confusing and idk how to measure my food in grams and shit
any easier alternatives?

you don't need to count calories if you are 50 kg, just eat 3 meals a day and you will gain weight

you put them on a scale and it shows the grams
 
this is a level of retardation i'd never thought i'd see
please take an iq test im so so so so curious

1. download myfitnesspal, buy premium 1yr
2. weigh your food
3. scan the product you are consuming (make sure values are right) or enter the product name

for fruits, vegetables and similar food you enter it in the search bar
anything with qr code, you scan
again make sure values are correct for the things you scan

i do still nothing and i can barely eat more i throw up if i eat more than 3 meals a day
try to eat smaller meals more regularly and consume calories through liquids like milk, I don't think counting the calories should be your priority
