For Ritalin try starting at 20mg, if it doesn't work then increase the dosage to 30mg or 40mg. If you still feel nothing then try going for instant release Adderall at 5mg.

You can only get them legally if you have prescriptions.

meds will only cover it up, possibly even make it worse, @Corleone offers the hard and true soln ngl. adhd shouldnt be looked upon as a bad thing also either. i trick myself into thinking stuff i hate is enjoyable and i can hyperfocus on that, autism and adhd can mog ngl
