How do i deal with aftershave pores

I'm quite hairy and I got hair on my back, belly, chest and pretty much everywhere. I shave regularly but they grow back so fast, and everytime i shave it leaves millions of visible hair follicle pores and honestly looks gross. Anyway to shave without having that? I'm 18 and I feel like a middle aged man, it's also been a turn off for girls I've been with
