I’m animal based and low bodyfat already
but for some reason I have gained some bodyfat/bloating, especially in my face.
Pretty sure it’s cause I binged on cookies and milk during the weekend, but still.
I’m going to a huge halloween party on the 31st, and I’ll still slay even if I’m bloated, but I obviously wanna look the best I can.
the good thing about carnivore/animal based is that if you stick strictly to it, you basically have no bloating,
But how can I push that further?
My thought process right now, is that I should cut out everything except for fruit, water, and vitamin supplements, 48hours/2 days before the party, and just spam cardio/walking around town to aid with the debloat.
Last time i tried to debloat with diuretics and it looksminned me so bad I looked like a monster at the last party I went to, and didn’t slay at all.
I’m also gymmaxxed as fuck and ripped, so don’t tell me some bullshit like “do a week long fast” cause im not gonna lose the gains.
