how do i debloat while not being victim weight

i'm 19, 6’2 160lbs . pretty lean build but not skeletric. i’m not extremely bloated but i still feel like i could lose some of that face fat. i drink 3,5 lt a day and have a pretty solid diet even tough i could work on sodium intake. anyone knows how to work on this? i do cardio 3 times a week and im also bulking rn

When you are cut down to around 8-10% bodyfat is the ONLY time you can start debloating with either pottassium rich foods (banans, potatoes, coconut water - Pottassium Gluconate supplement & if you are really hard on your liver and want to rope early you can take "Furosemide" as a supplement to flush out all water and debloat MAXIMUM.
