Get lean eat healthy, get your steps in everyday, fix gut health by eating or drinking dairy if you are not lactose intolerant (soyboy trait)
High intensity cardio, low intensity cardio like medium to long crosses (1hour+) also help a lot
Drink more water (to pee more and shit)

Really being debloated and looking lean comes down to this:
- Being lean (lol) 10-12% body fat
- A good sodium to potassium ratio. No it's not cope, if you have too much sodium and too little potassium, that's going to cause water retention issues through methods I won't be explaining. The issue is that the opposite is also true, if you completely cut out sodium and get too much potassium in, you'll get issues with water retention as well.
- You should be following an anti-inflammatory diet, if any food in your current rotation causes you bloating or gut issues, then it shouldn't be there.
- Carbohydrates also contribute to bloating, I don't recommend cutting them out, but moderating them, something crazy like 50% of your caloric intake being carbs is likely too much.
- Hydration is equally important 2-4L of water a day.

That's really it, take these tips and make a system out of them you implement into your life. There are other methods for debloating which are more effective, but also potentially if you don't know what you're doing, this is the case with diuretics and mineralocorticoid inhibitors, which basically force your body to get rid of excess sodium.

So if you are 15% bf its Not Great to have a Thin face you will have to Go down to 10-12%bf or Even lower if you can if youre still bloated try to get your Daily Steps try limpic drainige and try to eat on sodium or low, try to eat foods high in potassium or take potassium supplements Drink 3-4 Liters water a day or Even more if that still doesnt work ist probally genetics or it youre under 16 it will be babyfat you cant get rid of it you will lose it After 16 or a Little Bit older if you still have facefat its Not bloat, truly you will have to get buccal fat removel.
