How do I dodge a molar extraction (GTFIH URGENT)

I recently discovered I had a cavity in my molar but by the time I did it was already too late no toothaches yet but the cavity is EXTREMELY visible so I don't think I can reverse it with some magic toothpaste or whatever.

I don't wanna go to the dentist that fucking Jews just gonna tell me to extract it and fuck up my face, my side profile is one of the only thing I got going for me too so I don't wanna risk it

If anyone's been through this please just give me any advice I'm willing to try anything. On god I'll never consume an ounce of sugar again just give me anything.

I'm 16 for reference if that helps

maybe get them removed and get molar implants if thats even possible

Extrating ur teeth will be the best solution, Clavicular did the same and he didnt lose much projection because of it, if u dont extrat your molars the rest of your teeth will end up crooked, therefore its best for you to accept your dentists plan.

So just 1 is fine but how many extractions would it take for a visible change? Will anything even happen if I get it filled instead

Dont worry about the extractions, just let the dentist do his job, if u do look worse after which I doubt very much u can then consider doing something!

thanks for the tag, even if it doesn’t hurt now, the decay keeps spreading underneath if it is as bad as you say and when it hits the nerve it leads to a infection and ur teeth removed

a filling or a root canal + crown wont result in any changes in ur face shape, the bone and muscles stay the same, this will lowk be hard to do cuz its the dentist job and hes prob gonna say to removed it and not acc do the work so go try different dentists and tell them you want to save the tooth, not pull it
