Does anyone know here how could I lucid dream tonight?
I always wanted to,it’s the best thing ever
Sure it’s all just in your head but it seems so real and you can get anything you wish for in them

Valerian root extract gave me more vivid dreams, it could help you need to do reality checks throughout the day and make a note of your dreams every morning

There are other techniques but it takes a while bro I’ve only ever had one

I don’t think it’s possible without practice especially since you end up waking yourself up from the excitement of realising you’re lucid dreaming
