So I used to be bigger with more muscle mass and was able to bench 110 kg or 242.5 lbs for any Americans reading this. I used to love going to the gym and would genuinely look forward to it, going 6 days a week consistently. However mid last year I kinda lost interest in the gym and for a solid two months didn’t even go at all, I did get back into it but I barely even go 3 days a week anymore and do barely any exercises with minimal effort. Honestly I’m surprised I’ve even managed to maintain the level of muscle mass I have atm. Not only that but I also only eat 2 meals a day and aren’t even that hungry throughout the day. How do I get back into the gym and how do I start loving it again. Also, how do I increase my appetite, it’s just not there anymore :/

Mk is great for appetite. But id just use it for 2-4weeks to get my appetite back because before you know it you might have 10 burgers in ur stomach. For motivation, it sucks to do something when you dont have a plan. So id recommend planning out your diet whether to bulk or cut and set goals/pr. After week or two gyming properly with a plan and a goal youll just naturally be back at it
