how do i even socialize

i genuinely struggle to communicate, socialize, empathize and do other shit that humans do effortlessly. Public feels like humiliation and I cannot hold conversations because I cannot find my words and fuck up my talking to the point where the person im talking to cannot understand me anymore, the only way im talking freely like this right now is because I know im the only one talking until i post this thread. Even when i try i just cannot withstand basic interaction without being overwhelmed easily and this applies to my family too even when the topic is simple. others tell me im weird because i dont understand them and they dont understand me its like im speaking another language to them but in my mind im speaking fluently. How do i fix this issue its super annoying and one of my top ropefuels
