my pic is not edited gang i checked my ortho apparently its the teeth behind my teeth that makes my upper palate look narrow but it isn’t actually that narrow its pretty average but they said it does need widening because lower palate is way to big for my upper, people who r clowning me have no excuse for there poor bone structure fuck these niggas came for advice not a laughing parade

That's why I am asking you for a picture of your lower palate. Your upper palate is really messed up, don't mean it a bad way either.

Because I only counted like 13-14 teeth, but this is probably because not all teeth are visible on that picture.
