How do I exercise with my 12y/o little brother

to make it short hes overweight, body looks horrible, gets bullied

since im a good brother i ll exercise with him and get him lean so he has a chance at experiencing teen love, unlike my ass who had no older brother or good father

what do i do with him?

just walking for now?

Walking, jogging, football.

If he eats too much then it won't make much of a difference though.

Get your parents to moderate his diet.

any fun active sports like basketball or football would be ideal

Sounds good, make sure he does not eat too much either. Do NOT let him starve tho

they dont care whatsoever, fuck them, i cant stand them tbh...

he ll probably change his diet once i start exercising with him

Get him on a diet, at the very minimum a diet free from retarded shit like mcd or high sugar. Just eating a bit calorie restricted will pay off in the future. Also get him in a gym asap, the earlier the better. If he takes gym seriously and builds some muscle, he'll be jacked af at like 17-18.
Also do cardio, cardio is essential. Doesn't have to be intense either, could do fighting kickboxing so he also learns to fight

A 12 year old can't be reasoned with.
Asking nicely doesn't work; they usually have to be forced into doing things.

drop 225 on his chest and if he doesnt get it up he was never cut out for the gym

Make sure he sleeps with his legs crossed, it helps developing bow legs because it stretches the ligaments on the outside of the knee so he become a bow legged mogger

Excercise is the best way

Instead make him have a high protein + fat diet with a calorie deficit and make sure to ntmaxx and teach him popular sports
