I'd say the best way to continue having good conversation is share your experience or opinion on some matter
for instance talk about how you had a really nice time on the trip you went with your friends something like that
if u don't have any and u ldar in your bedroom
lie about it and potentially have a good conversation.

It takes time man I’ve been there (although im ND as shit). Pay attention around you and see what other people do and learn from it. As for convos, try to branch off of what someone says. Don’t give closed responses with nothing to build off of. For example if someone asks you how you’re day was, and you wanna build off of it, describe something you did instead of just saying “good”.
