How do I fall asleep

I am very ill right now. My throat hurts so bad I can’t even swallow my own saliva without wincing. My nose is stuffy on my left side and I can’t properly breath through my right side of my nose so I’m forced to mouthbreathe but I’m not used to mouthbreathing because it makes my mouth so dry. This is hell for me right now wtf
Im taking antibiotics but they don’t do shit.

I need a pill or something which knocks me out for 5 days straight until my body heals itself from this illness. I can’t even fall asleep like this
