I use too much hairspray everyday and dry it with warm air/ hot

Dead and damaged isn’t the same thing, strands can be damaged due to a lot of things, but head hair is technically already dead, the only thing that’s alive is the follicles and their respected growth phases, hair follicles can die in which a strand there will never grow again

Bro I just said it’s not the same thing, if it’s damaged it’ll prolly be frizzier and harder to style than normal, harder to absorb water, the hair on your head is already dead technically speaking, it’s all about the follicles, now if the follicle is dead, the strand won’t grow,

Then get a shower filter, try to wash it less if possible, less products, also using an egg mixed with some oil and avocado once a week or so can help
