how do i fix a bulbous nose

i finally realised how bad my nose fucks my face and i have to something about it. im too young for rhino, but i’ve heard good things about hydrocortisone and retinoids for reducing bulbosity. im not really sure what i should would do, as im not sure how effective topical isotretinoin is and how frequently i should apply
