Double jaw surgery (bimax) doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll get CCW rotation. It depends on the specifications within the bimax such as lefort 1 with CCW rotation. How old are you? And also 10iu will give you acromegaly and 500mg test will probably make you dependent and ugly
