Leave-In Conditioner. Look for any especifically that say " curly, waves, hydration " etc.

You wanna apply it when your hair is wet/damp but not soaking wet (If you're drying your hair and you already see waves and curls forming in or baby waves as its drying, it might already be too dry)

It will seal the cuticle and all of the moisture, it could also mean you're using shampoo way too much for no reason

Shampoo only when the scalp has buildup or dirt (You sweat, train, feel oil and warmth in the scalp or dandruff)

Using a blow dryer diffuser attachment when drying your hair will be pretty good to define your curls as well, worth the investment

Leave in conditioner, shampoo less (use one without sulfates) and if you want take biotin pills. Also, try out leaving olive oil in hair overnight, it works extremely well, just wash it off properly with shampoo, do this once every week like 2-5x. I also have curly hair and have many experiences with shitty dryness and so on

This could mean that your hair cuticles are completely dry but your scalp is building up a ton of oil, do you feel your scalp itch a lot or that its warm/greasy, having dandruff (white dots all around the hair) ?

you should try a shampoo with no sulfates and use it when you notice your scalp is itchy/oily

could also be frizz if your hair is extremely curly, try when hair is wet, scrunching your hair in sections so the curls define a lot more

Yeah i used ti have a lot of dandruff and oil on my scalp until i changed my shampoo. My hair isnt extremely curly id say it between 2b or 3b. Do you know any good leave in conditioners.

Wash your hair once a week. In the shower, use As I Am Rosemary Shampoo and Conditioner. After every shower, apply an As I Am leave-in conditioner (any one you prefer). Use a mousse for volume or a gel for definition. If you’re using a gel, break the gel cast with an oil. Also, make sure to use a detox shampoo once a month and a clarifying shampoo every two weeks.

If this helped, mark it as the solution.

Buy the prose branded curl cream, custom ordered to your hair.
than just use a pomade or clay, pomade if your hair is dry, and clay if pomades to greasy
