how do I fix dry lips and dry corners

bro my lips and the corner of my lips are soooooooo dry and abit red , how do I fix this?

I’ve been applying Vaseline and it’s only helping a bit

pretty sure it makes it slightly more pinkish and helps hold in moisture on the lips than the normal blue one
