How do I fix dry lips from mouth tape

Mouth tape dries my lips if I wear it longer that 3-5 nights. Then I have to take a 1-3 days break. Convenvential lip balms don't seem to be effective in solving this issue

Don't think you should be using mouth tape. Make it a habit to breath through your nose. If you have difficulties with that at night then get that checked out.

Obstructing breathing during sleep and depriving yourself of oxygen potentially could be bad in the long run.

Ensure you have taken care of your allergies (no blocked or runny nose) nose strips should open nostrils for better breathing and if you still breath by mouth it might be over, otherwise use mouth tape but apply lip balm constantly (plus air humidifier)
