How do i fix excess skin above eyes

I have excess skin above my right eye (2nd photo) which makes the eye appear more close compared to the left and cause huge assymetry. What could be the underlying cause, and what treatment options (non-surgical) can you reccomend?

have the same issue upper blepharoplasty is the only solution unfortunately
