Not sure tbh. I feel like whenever I get really angry, my inhibitions become much lower. I think I need to be permanently angry.

I had severe social anxiety in school and until 20 was very very high inhib to the point of being a people pleaser and doing what others told me to do. After starting gym I started to see how the world for what it is and started doing eve thing for myself

now I’m not afraid to confront people who do wrong and to take charge in situations if need be. You can change thought patterns
