I can’t focus on anything because my brain reminds me of my past shortcomings. It really sets me off.

And I’m always comparing myself toone of my friends and how they got chicks and it makes me envious.

So how do I stop feeling this way?

A) Ascend above the people who you are jealous of
B) Rope

You can't. Jealously is a normal human feeling, and when you're an outcast, even simple things, that are trivial to normies, you feel jealous of.

It might take some time, i had the same issue and it took several months, but after it was done everything was much better
