Idk your side profile to say if you need entire jaw surgery but looking from just the front a genio or chin implant would help increase your lower third but don’t go overboard

Permafrown slightly for low-set look, fix ur hair’s midpart, curling ur lashes slightly might help, and slightly hollow cheeks
