Ears you can fraud with ear tape

Don't worry, asymmetrical eye hooding isn't that noticeable.

For your ears you can hide them with these things called Otosticks, basically tapes that can tape your ears back and make them seem less flared.

If you ever hardmax go for an Otoplasty and fat grafting to the upper eyelid.
