Lower lid, upper eyelid fat graft and bone to bridge/lateral cantho. that's about it. can do a brow lift with the kinda cat eye job afterward.
Eyes r hard fix, you need money a lot.

my eyes look decent when I stand close to the mirror -because u are right, pfl doesn't look bad then
I struggle with what Ive wrote above + pfl length <roundish lateral canthus> + shitty medial canthus <looks good when stretched in the last fake pic>
