An implant would correct this. I'd worry about the lack of infraorbital support more tbh.

Your jaw looks fine you got other problems to work on for example your eye area is death tier

THIS is an asymetric jaw/chin.. you're fine, but to answer your question im micro fracturing bone so cartilage can become bone. Hopefully get to this.
