my midface projection looks ass from the side, and also i don’t think my maxilla is wide enough, how do i fix this, or is there no way to? (14 and 4 months)

And yes, your face is indeed not wide (mine's extremely wide). But that probably won't matter more than your eyebrows + eye height width ratio. marine hydrolyzed collagen. Just take this at night along with a bit of vit c and wait for your body to do its job. Bro you will look quite different 10 years from now. So stop thinking about stupid shit like palate expander. Those are things only for people with dethnic phenotypes. The cold truth is that white chads just let sleep do its job. They don't wreck their cortisol levels worrying about their maxilla width :feelsuhh: besides,you should be heightmaxxing. There is no place for anything under 6'2 6'3 (190 cm)

alright, thank you, also what can i do to maximize my growth, i’m like 6’0.5 barefoot but my dads only 5’8 and my moms 5’10

sleep. and watch this vid about maximizing hgh growth and this one about lowering cortisol
some things that increase hgh, also increase cortisol, stress and age you badly and stunt growth. You can watch them but tldr its about finding the sweet spot.

just do somewhat high effort, short gym sessions. Do NOT do things like marathon. Only sprints, maybe swimming (as long as its not cold) and a bit of gym. Do NOT load your spine with 1 repmax deadlifts. They will permanently stunt your spine and growth. In fact i wouldn't recommend 1rm on any compound lift when you're growing. And don't train until complete failure.

Do NOT wake up early and wreck your sleep. Sleep for 10 hours if that's what your body needs. And no more than 4 days a week if you plan to go to gym. Remember you're going to the gym for BONEmaxxing (through hgh) and NOT musclemaxxing. Bones >>> muscles

All in all, you have to get sleep, activity + nutrition (meat eggs milk) without any of the stress associated with it. And don't wreck your hormones over a girl :forcedsmile: its 80% nutrition and sleep. moderate Gym is for a bit of extra hgh

thank you bro, ill look into all of that, also how can i maximize my sleep? i have issues with sleeping, should i just minimize blue light exposure?

blue light is literally the opposite of what you should do. Humans were exposed to red light and yellow light at the campfire at night and the sun also gets red in the evening. I'd suggest taking magnesium glycinate 3 hours before bed. so around dinner. And then just sleep at 10 or 11. Magnesium will eventually do its job. But don't overdose it. The next five years, you have to take your sleep quite seriously. Don't get drunk partying at night. You can do that when you're fully grown at 19-20 or whatever
