How do I fix my mid face redness

I have had the redness on my face for a while and has only recently spread to my nose I have relatively sensitive skin and I am only on moisturiser now as it got worse when I used a sensitive cleanser (ps I already know my eyes are cooked and I need to cut weight)

It looks like the beginning of rosacea. Stop all actives asap. If it persists see a derm
