I just started puberty, I'm 16 and a lil over 15% bf, please only I dicate natural ways, no steroids/ surgery

Really I meant if you’re gonna hardmax something, make sure it’s for the front

If you want I could tell you some hardmaxxes for you but if you’re not planning to, I’d rather not just give you insecurities and shit

Maybe bimax, def looks like you need it from the front but the side isn’t a full side so not sure
Genio vertically, horizontally, projection (though not too sure how that works) + jaw angle implants, wraparound would also work since you need quite a bit more chin height probably not possible with genio
