How could I fix my skin?
(These are bad pictures but im only trying to get answers on my skin not face so don’t clown)
I think I have milia and also discolouration around my nose and eye bags, all advice is appreciated

I was much much worse than u this is what i did to address almost all issues :
niacinamide spot treatment on pimples
hydroquinone for dark spots
hydrocortisone only for last minute pimples if i'm going out the next day or 2
SPF every single fucking day
Salicylic acid on nose 1x a week
Most basic simple cleanser with no additional things 2x a day

And as for diet :

Skin is fine, hop on a low dose of isotretinoin, 5-10mg/day, then get tretinoin 0.025% and use a pea-sized amount for under both eyes, don't apply it anywhere else.

Both you can just import from India. Cheaper, easier, and probably faster too.
