My skin has very uneven colouring, and skincare doesn't seem to work well on me.

At night, I use an oil cleanser and a normal foam cleanser then finish with moisturizer, but I've come to notice that I get more acne and my face looks a lot worse after I do it (because of redness and colouring and things like that), however, if I don't do my skincare, my face feels a lot better, but it gets very oily and my nose get a lot of sebaceous filaments. What do I do to fix this?

Accutane tbh

Skincare fucked up my face more than it solved it, only topical treatment I'd recommend is Cabtreo, but that's prescription only

Diet could work but if it's hormonal it will do nothing

My face doesn't really get acne and accutane's side effects outweight the benefits just to fix a few pimples imo

Unless you have chronic cystic acne they'll probably give you a cream or something and tell you to come back in a few months

The sides are overhyped and blown out of proportion tbh, Accutanes sides are only a big problem if you're cycling and have to weigh out other dosages to ensure you aren't gonna mess yourself up

By itself it's a breeze

Really? I thought you had to cycle it, how did you take it?

Also, did you ever experience photosensitivity? It seems like a really big looksmin, take clavicular for example, dude looks like a tomato out in the sun.

I meant if you're cycling things like steroids which are hard on the liver and need to consider the liver punch you might take

I just took the oral pills, once per day with a glass of water a high fat food following the dose, I never experienced photosensitivity but, I also didn't go outside the entire time

It's a huge looksmax trust me, probably one of the best ones out there, Clav looks fucked because he's roided out 24/7. I took it for only a little bit and it gave me glass skin, best part is I'll never have to worry about acne again because once you do Accutane it basically cures your system of any future acne

Are you roiding or no

what does your current skincare routine look like? could just be irritation i would just recommend to get better gentle products (no actives) and then hop on accutane or tret.

No, I'm not roiding, but I will take SARMs soon, it probably wouldn't affect anything.

I'll definitely try out accutane then, do you think it'll fix my uneven skin tone? And if you don't mind me asking how much mg were you taking and for how long?

Oil cleanser, foam cleanser, then moisturizer. I think it's the moisturizer that's irritating me, but theres no active ingredients from what I can see.

I did 0.5mg for a week then bumped up to 1mg, only had to do it for 3 months, it'll fix uneven skin tones as well. But it will cause an acne flare up for the first month or second month and your acne will get worse but then it'll just disappear like magic

yeah you prob just have stubborn acne + sensitive skin, i wouldnt hop on sarms as some can make you oilier maybe if you pair with accutane it would be okay? aslong as they dont impact eachother
