How do i fix my sleep schedule and get rid of these god awful lines

Just get a long workout in with lots of cardio one day and take melatonin or GABA 30 minutes before bed, both help with relaxation but melatonin is the better choice bc it is the sleep hormone, then just stick to working out and you prolly wont need melatonin following nights
